« Roaming Trek Word Social Rules The goal of Word Social is to find as many words as you can in a grid of 4x4 random letters. To "find" a word, spell it out by moving your finger across the letters on the screen. Don't lift your finger until you're done! There are a few restrictions: Adjacent letters in a word must be adjacent on the screen. (Moving diagonally is allowed.) A letter in the grid can't be used twice for the same word. Words must be at least 3 letters long. Proper nouns or acronyms are not allowed. There's a 2 minute time limit per game. Scoring You get points for each word you find, equal to the number of letters in the word minus one. For example, you get 2 points for finding the word TOE, and 14 points for finding the word ITERATIVENESSES. Dictionary Word Social uses a slightly modified version of the Enhanced North American Benchmark Lexicon (ENABLE) word list.
